The first stage of defense on our system is the Sediment Filter, which achieves filtration down to 5 microns and removes dirt and other larger particles that may clog the following filters. The second stage features a CTO Coconut Shell Carbon Block Filter that utilizes high-quality coconut shell carbon for maximum filtration efficiency, removing up to 99% of chlorine.

Our filter set can remove up to 99% of chlorine, sediment, rust, pesticides, herbicides, industrial solvents, VOCs, and other contaminants. With a capacity of 100,000 gallons of water, our filters provide clean water for a family of four for a full year without producing wastewater. Our filters allow for high water flow of up to 15 gallons per minute and fit both iSpring 2-stage whole house systems and standard 20” x 4.5” filter housings.

The filters do not reduce Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) like an RO membrane and instead preserve healthy minerals in the water. If TDS removal is desired, consider our iSpring Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems. Our whole house water filter systems are designed to eliminate chlorine, sediment, rust, herbicides, solvents, and other contaminants while maintaining water flow and requiring minimal maintenance.
